A Brief History

Sunnyside Farmers Market was founded in 2012. Our first market, The Happy Valley Farmers Market, was opened on June 2, 2012. We opened with 36 Vendors, and by the end of our first season, we closed with 80.

Each market is unique and has amazing vendors. We strive to bring a family-friendly market environment to our community and provide a gathering place to meet family and friends while shopping local and eating healthy.

The Sunnyside Farmers Market was founded in 2012, we opened the Happy Valley Farmers Market in June of that year. The Happy Valley Farmers Market is unique and provides our community with fresh and local products.


Happy Valley Farmers Market is open every Saturday from the first Saturday in May through the last Saturday in October, 9 am to 2 pm. Located in the heart of Happy Valley, 132nd and Sunnyside Road. Find over 100 local Vendors each week, stock up on all your favorite items while enjoying live Music and our large covered food court. Lots of Farms, specialty items, handmade Arts and Crafts, Baked goods, fresh foods, and more.


Enjoy live music, get dinner from our hot food vendors, and relax in our food court. We are so happy to be here each week, providing our community with a wonderful neighborhood Farmers Market.


The Happy Valley Farmers Market hosts a Holiday Market in December, we host over 350 Vendors. For more information on this event, see our Holiday Market Tab.


Since 2012, Sunnyside Farmers Markets LLC has enjoyed providing our community with Farmers Markets. We strive to provide our customers with a well organized and extra friendly Market, we want you to leave our Markets happy and a bag full of fresh Fruits and Vegetables along with all your favorite products.
