Columbia River Gifts: I am a local small business owner located in Vancouver WA. I make all my candles in small batches and only use the best slow-burning American-made Soy Wax. The soy wax combined with my high-quality natural fragrance oils have a wonderful scent throw that lasts over 35 hours. My customer favorites are some of my Northwest Scents that include Beachwood, Cucumber-Melon and Lilac. I also make all natural Lavender Dryer Bags that are and eco-friendly replacement for standard dryer sheets.

 Gabriel and Josue Azcorra, the two brothers of ‘Dos Hermanos’ Bakery have been baking bread for nearly two decades. Originally from Mexico (Merida in the Yucatan), they spent the bulk of their recent careers at Delphina’s Bakery prior to joining forces to helm the bakery in early 2017. We specialize in traditional European artisan breads and pastries, as well as offering twists on dishes from their roots in the Yucatan.

Kiyokawa Family Orchards has been growing the finest produce available since 1911. Our orchard is family-owned and operated in Parkdale, Oregon. We’re proud to be a part of the famous Hood River Valley, where the nation’s finest apples and pears are grown. The fertile soils found at the base of Mt. Hood and rarified, glacier-fed water sources create a unique growing environment allowing us to offer over 150 distinct varieties of apples, pears, asian pears, cherries and stone fruit. We take pride in promoting local and sustainably grown produce and utilize a farm management system that incorporates best management practices. In addition to the seasonal fruit, our fruit stand offers local honey, jams and fresh cider. If you prefer to pick your own, we have the largest U-Pick orchard in the valley!

We are a small family-owned business from Portland that became passionate about the health benefits of Lion's Mane & Reishi mushrooms after our founder, Alex, endured a traumatic brain injury in 2022. At Orasella, we make cocktail cherries differently. We spent 4 years devising how to make cocktail cherries more naturally so we could focus on flavor, not dyes or chemicals. Our cherries are sourced from the Pacific Northwest and are designed for the cocktails they garnish.

Paisley's Bakery is a small business that specializes in artisanal Cookies and freshly made New Orleans-style Beignets.

At Happy Valley, we will provide our delicious freshly made Orleans-style Beignets.

Simply Sol is a BIPOC-owned and operated hemp, medicinal herb, and produce farm committed to cultivating medicines naturally and regeneratively for our community and beyond. We understand the importance of accessible medicines and have found that when in harmony with the environment, allies to health are all around us. Our experience has shown us that high-quality healing crops can only be grown in an environment of balance, vitality and respect for the full circle of contributors large and microscopic. Another of our goals is to attempt to address the severe inequalities and inequities in the cannabis and farming industry in Oregon (and the wider U.S.) via providing a safe educational space for BIPOC folks and more, ultimately providing the direct experience based knowledge required for successful farming. Our farm currently grows on 6+ acres of the 25 acre property we own/steward outside of Southeast Portland in Molalla.

Beginning June 1st, through October 26th 

We grow vegetables that are specific to Asian cuisines because of our background, like peppers, garlic, eggplant, sour leaf, bitter melon, corn, tomatoes, watermelons, long beans, squashes, pumpkins, collard greens, cucumbers, Asian gourds and squashes, pumpkin leaves, pumpkin flowers, amaranth greens, zucchini, potatoes. When our family first came here we didn’t speak English and knew nothing of the available resources. Gradually we were able to find our footing with a lot of support from the government and many different organizations, including Outgrowing Hunger. When the pandemic struck a lot of people in our communities lost jobs and didn’t know how to support their families. During the pandemic and up to now, we have been donating food from our farm through Outgrowing Hunger, to the community, family friends, and people that we know. Now that we are selling our produce at the markets, it makes us happy to share our abundance with our community beginning June 1st through October 26th.

Stamper Cheese is a small cheese maker from Wisconsin and has been selling cheeses at farmers' markets around Wisconsin and Chicago for many years. I grew up working with the Stamper family and ever since moving to Oregon, I have wanted to be able to create a unique experience for the people around me by sharing a piece of my childhood.

The Barreled Bee brings all the goodness of barrel-aging to honey. We work with local apiaries and distilleries to pair different honey varietals with different styles of used spirits barrels and age the honey for months. You'll find our honey in sauces, jams, and sweet treats.
